April 8th, 2009 - Sandwell Women's Aid choose 4Site for Property Management

Sandwell Women's Aid are a registered charity based in the West Midlands who provide support services and emergency accommodation to women who have experienced domestic violence.

They carried out an in-depth analysis of their operating processes and procedures, in particular in regard to the management of their refuges. Base on this they recognised the need to replace their existing manual process and a legacy application, which was extremely limited and costly in terms of manpower, with an up-to-date scalable solution which would cater for their existing requirements as well as allow them to plan for the future.

They researched the market for solutions of this type and could not find a supplier that fulfilled their requirements. Based on this they approached 4Site and discussed their situation. 4Site carried out a comprehensive analysis of the working practices and processes at SWA, and interviewed the staff as to their needs. Based on this 4Site were able to develop a completely generic full featured web-based application called 4Site Property Manager. Following a successful onsite implementation of the product, SWA proceeded to utilise the system across multiple sites and to manage both their refuges.

This project has been a major success at SWA, and has allowed them to push the boundaries of technological achievement in their sector.
